Hurulu Eco Park
Hurulu Eco Park represents a unique portion of the Hurulu Forest Reserve. Spanning over 25,000 hectares, the reserve is a designated biosphere reserve. Unlike the larger national parks, Hurulu offers a more intimate look at Sri Lankan wildlife. It is particularly famous for hosting the elephant herds during the months when they migrate away from the neighboring tanks of Minneriya and Kaudulla.
